Cane Bay has it all. Once you step foot on this beautiful section of land in Berkeley County, you won’t want to leave. It is even the fastest-growing county in the state! Not only is the area seeing tremendous growth, but public schools, retail, and healthcare are all finding their home base in the community. It has everything you could need without having to go far at all.  

As if the local amenities were not enough, Cane Bay gives exclusive access to an expansive lake system. This gives you the chance to get out into nature without ever really leaving home. While downtown Charleston and Summerville are not far, you can comfortably find new places to explore nearby. Many healthcare facilities are located nearby, so you have peace of mind with your various possible health needs. Your grocery shopping even keeps you close to home as well! 

While nature is already a fantastic addition to anyone’s life, Cane Bay also allows residents to find other new hobbies. The Cane Bay Family YMCA and the Berkeley County library are excellent places to get out of the house and meet new people. This is one of our featured communities that potential residents can’t miss.

Nexton

Our featured communities have so much to offer. To start, Nexton even has its exit off of the highway! You’re close enough to Summerville to have all the benefits of its resources while having your community feeling as well. It is also only 25 minutes away from Charleston.

If delicious meals aren’t enough, you also have fantastic retail opportunities minutes away from housing. From your own shopping needs to that of your furry friends, there will always be a place to find to do a little retail therapy. There are even nearby hotels, so you can know that any visitors can have a place to stay. 

Carnes Crossroads 

Carnes Crossroads is another incredible addition by the Daniel Island Company and a great addition to our featured communities. You can reach Downtown Charleston, beaches, Charleston International Airport, and I-95 quickly and easily with this location. 

With this useful location, the southern-style architecture and outdoor living spaces are perfect features. There are even excellent highlights of the community that make it so unique. The Green Barn is a venue available for events and activities. There is so much to experience from live concerts, cocktail receptions, and even private parties. Even around the shops and restaurants, there is a full-service hospital located in the community. 

There are also many lakes, parks, and trails for residents to spend time on as well. There is even a dog park for every part of the family to have their chance to get outside. The lakes are a chance for the residents to fish, kayak, and even paddleboard!
