Horizons is a gated, Active Adult community located within the master-planned community of Summers Corner in Summerville. The community islocated within 35 minutes of downtown Charleston, 45 minutes of area beaches and 15 minutes from the historic Summerville city center.

Horizons opened for sale in the fall of 2022. When complete, the community will house 1235 residences and a 25,000 square foot amenity center is
currently under construction. The community amenities are planned to include indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor and outdoor bar area, a chef’s kitchen, activity rooms, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and putting greens.

Horizons offers three collections of homes ranging in size and features. Many homes include 3-car garages. Features like laminate wood throughout the main living areas, covered porches, walk-in tiled showers in the Owner’s Bath, and granite or quartz countertops in the kitchen are currently included in each home. There is no option to build from the ground up in this neighborhood, rather each home is spec built with its features already determined and typically available for a quicker closing.
